Amazon is doing it again! They have announced the date for Amazon Prime Day 2023. Dates you won’t want to miss, if you love deals that is. So many people wait all year for this to be announced. Are you one of those making lists of things you need or just things you really want and hope to see them at a great price.

When Is Amazon Prime Day 2023
That is the loaded question and everyone is searching for the answer. Drum roll please….. Amazon Prime Day 2023 is July 11th – 12th, 2023.
Mark your calendars and set you phone alarm so you don’t miss it. Get on Amazon and start adding things to your shopping list so you’ve got it all there and don’t have to hunt for things. I love using the “lists” feature on Amazon. My lists are very full and I check them often to see if the things I want or need are on sale and when they are, I then buy them.
Let me outline lots of reason’s you won’t want to miss these 2 days of shopping. I’ll show you how you can make the most of Amazon Prime Day 2023.
Join Amazon Prime
If you are not a member of Amazon Prime I highly suggest you head over and join now. See pricing below. It’s totally worth it if you are like me and shop online all the time.
College students can get 6 months free trial and those on qualified government assistance can get the 30 day free trial and then half price off a membership.
In order to take advantage of all the Amazon deals you do need to be a prime member.
What is Amazon Prime Day
Started as a way to celebrate prime members. The first prime day event actually started on Amazon’s 20th anniversary, July 15, 2015.
Prime Day is Amazon’s deal event for Prime members, featuring deals on top brands and small businesses. Keep in mind, you need to be a prime member as stated above to take advantage of the deals. Anyone can order on Amazon, but only prime members get the prime day deals.

Next, as you are looking on Amazon for the things you want and need add them to your “lists”. I have a list for shopping, one for things I just some day hope to buy, and also many other lists to separate things like home, pets, wellness, etc. Just make sure you get stuff on your lists.

Yes, you read that right. If you are a prime member you get early access. Kind of similar to how all the stores now offer pre black Friday deals, so does Amazon for prime day.

Credit cards aren’t for everyone, but if you feel like you could be responsible with a new card you could benefit by applying for an Amazon Prime Card.
There are a few options of cards from what I’ve seen, so check out what might be good for you. They do offer different deals depending on the card or your credit score, from what I’ve seen.
Snag Lightening Deals
Lightening deals are quick to come and go. These deals are super limited, super low priced, and once you put them in your cart you have 15 min to complete your transaction or you lose out. They sell out FAST so don’t dilly dally if it’s something you know you want.
