Easy Cauliflower Shrimp Fried Rice

If a quick meal  is what you are looking for this  is something to add to a  weekly menu.  Here is the  perfect Cauliflower Shrimp Fried  Rice dish.


1 Tbs of butter 2 cups of fresh snow peas 1 pound of cooked shrimp 12 oz bag of frozen Cauliflower rice (if using fresh, grate about 2 cups of Cauliflower, cook/steamed before incorporating to Snow peas/shrimp mix) ++More

Step 1

– Steam the cauliflower rice bag according to manufacturer’s direction – Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. – Incorporate the snow peas and cook for about 4 minutes

Step 2

– Add the cooked shrimp and toss for 1 minute

Step 3

– Incorporate the steamed cauliflower rice

Step 4

– Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste

Step 5

– Chop some celery to add on top for garnish and crunch
