Use up that sourdough discard by making these yummy browned butter sourdough discard chocolate chip cookies.

Ingredients

– 8 Tablespoons Butter (salted or unsalted) or 110 grams – 1.5 Cups All Purpose Flour or 188 grams – 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda – 3/4 tsp. Course Salt More ++ 

Step One Slowly cook the butter over med/low heat to brown it. 

Step Two Put the browned butter in the fridge to cool. Blend the sourdough discard and vanilla together and set aside.

Step Three Once browned butter is cooled, remove from fridge and mix it with a mixer.

Step Four Add in sugar and egg yolk and mix well.
