Benefits of Yoga
There are so many reasons why a person should give yoga a try. The benefits are endless but what really is most important is that as we age, keeping our bodies flexible is very important.
Doing just 30 minutes a day of an activity like yoga can help increase flexibility and muscle tone and strength.
You can improve your respiration, vitality and energy levels. It can help with maintaining a balanced metabolism, help your cardio and circulatory health.
You might even see a reduction in your weight, improved athletic performance and less injuries.
Now if those few things aren't enough to get you to a class or to a yoga mat in your own home than I don't know how to convince you.
For me, I love it and highly recommend it to everyone, young or old.
