Best Products To Ease Muscle Pain
Day to day life offers many challenges that sometimes, cause us pain. Things like housework, yardwork, jobs, kids, and even fitness can cause pain. Staying active is very important, even though it causes many people pain on some level. However, one can’t stop living life because of pain. Let’s dig deep into the things I’ve personally found to help ease muscle pain.
Topicals to Ease Muscle Pain
Pain can be eased many times by simply applying a topical product. There are many on the market, but like many things, not all are created equal. One of my latest finds and one I have been using daily is Nano Relief. An all natural, fast acting, pain roll on. Nano Relief uses eight powerful all-natural ingredients and menthol to helpย ease pain.
Over the years I have literally tried dozens of pain creams and lotions and salves. While most contain very similar ingredients, the key is menthol. Menthol has the cooling that penetrates to help ease pain.
Handheld Massage Tools
Sometimes a sore muscle or body part needs a good massage. But, one doesn’t always have time to head to a massage therapist or PT. Handheld massage tools are great to have for self use. Maybe you can get your partner to massage those hard to reach areas.
Check out my post with a list of the best handheld back massagers that help ease muscle pain. My favorite is the Bob and Brads massage gun.
Massage Chairs
Pain in your back, shoulders or hips can be eased by a great massage chair. There are so many on the market these days and they are becoming a staple in many homes. Here is a list of the best massage chairs under $1000.
Chairs come in so many sizes and shapes as well as colors. They are not like they used to be. Many massage chairs look just like the every day recliner and fit beautifully into anyone’s decor.
Cushions that Massage and Vibrate
If you don’t have the budget to spend on a massage chair you might want to opt for a massage cushion. These are great for a few reasons. They don’t take up much room to store them. You can use them on almost any chair or even your bed. If you travel, they can go with you. Here’s a list of the 9 best massage cushions.
Being that we travel I invested in a great massage cushion that comes with in my RV. I never leave home without it.
Heat to Ease Pain
Most doctors of PT’s will tell you that heat is a great way to ease muscle pain. My son is going to school to be a physical therapy assistant and he tells me all the time to put heat on my sore muscles. However, heat isn’t for an injury. Ice takes down swelling, but heat is for healing. So, make sure you don’t have a massive injury first and always consult with your Dr. if you are in question.

Final Thoughts on the Best Products to Ease Muscle Pain
There are many different kinds of pain and everyone’s pain threshold is different. What works for one, might not work for another. I find that using a few of these things at the same time helps my pain.
Generally I apply heat, then after the sore area is relaxed, I apply my pain cream. Because I live with Fibromyalgia, and I like to exercise (weight lift and yoga), I tend to be in pain a lot. Not bad, but enough to where I do rely on many of these ways to ease muscle pain.
